The following ingredients are needed to prepare Vitamin Cheera Sukke.
Ingredients:-
Vitamin Cheera. - 2 cup
Coconut grated. -1/4 cup
Red chilly powder. -1 tsp
Mustard seeds. -1 tsp
Salt. - to taste
Cooking oil. - 1 tsp

Instructions:-
Seperate the leaves from stems.Clean the leaves and wash in water and chop into very small pieces and keep aside.
In a bowl mix together grated Coconut and Red Chilly powder with your hands and keep aside.
Method:-
Heat cooking oil in a pan and splutter Mustard seeds and saute well.
Add the chopped leaves and saute well.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook till the leaves shrink a little.
Add required Salt and mix well and cover and cook till the leaves shrink and cooked.
Add the Coconut mixture and stir well and cook on low flame for few minutes and switch off the flame.
A tasty and healthyVitamin Cheera Sukke is ready to serve hot as side dish with Rice.
