Vitamin Cheera Bajji(Upkari)/ Vitamin Cheera Stir Fry.

Ingredients:-

Vitamin Cheera.    -2 cup tightly packed.
Urad dal.                -1 tsp
Mustard seeds.       - 1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder .-1 tsp
Salt.                         - to taste.


Instructions:-

Remove the stems and clean the fresh Vitamin Cheera leaves .Wash thoroughly in Water two three times and keep aside in a colander.

Chop the Vitamin Cheera leaves into small pieces and keep aside.

Method:-

Heat cooking oil in a pan and add Urad dal and saute well.

When Urad dal starts to change its colour splutter Mustard seeds and saute well.

Lower the flame and add Red Chilly powder and add the chopped Vitamin Cheera leaves and saute well.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook the leaves till soft.

When the leaves little shrinks add required Salt and mix well.

Cover and cook for 2 minutes and switch off the flame.

A tasty and healthy Vitamin Cheera Bajji Upkeri is ready to serve as a side dish with Rice.
