Roasted Spicy Masala Peanuts are a very tasty and crunchy evening snack.Raw Peanuts are roasted and mixed with spice powders.
The following ingredients are needed to prepare roasted spicy Masala Peanuts.
Ingredients:-
Raw Peanuts. -1cup
Hing powder. -1/2tsp
Curry leaves. -1pring
Chilly powder. -1tsp
Pepper power. -1/2tsp
Turmeric powder.-1/4tsp
Amchur powder. -1/2tdp
Salt. -to taste
Oil. -3tsp
Instructions:-
In a pan dry roast raw Peanuts on low flame.
When cooled rub the roasted Peanuts to remove the skin and split the roasted Peanuts into halves.Keep aside the roasted Peanuts halves.
Heat Oil in a pan and fry Curry leaves til crispy.
Reduce the flame and add Hing powder and roasted Peanut halves and saute for a minute.
Add Chilly powder, Pepper powder, Tumeric powder, and Salt. Mix the spice powders on low flame with the roasted Peanut halves.
Finally add Amchur powder and mix wth all the ingredients. Switch off the flame.
Crush the crispy Curry leaves and mix well.
