The following ingredients are needed to prepare Green peas & Cauliflower Ghassi
Ingredients:-
Green peas. -1 cup
Cauliflower florets. -1 cup
Salt. -to taste.

For grinding Coconut Masala paste:-
Coconut grating.-1cup
Red chillies. -6
Tamarind. -a small piece
For Seasoning:-
Coconut oil/Oil - 1tsp
Mustard seeds. -1 tsp
Instructions:-
Soak 1cup Green peas for 8 hours.Pressure cook for 3 whistles till soft. Keep aside.
Clean and wash 1cup Cauli flower Florets.Keep aside.
Boil 1 cup Water in a vessel and add 1tsp Turmeric powder.Add the florets and cook till soft.Keep aside.
Grind 1cup grated Coconut, 6 roasted Red chillies and a small piece of Tarind to a smooth paste.Keep aside.
Method:-
Transfer the cooked Green peas from the cooker to the vessel and boil for 1 minute.
Add Salt and mix well.
Add the ground Coconut Masala paste and mix well with the cooked Green peas and Cauli flower florets.
Add little water and boil .Cover the pan with lid and cook for 2 minutes.Switch off the flame.
Heat 1tsp Coconut oil/Oil in a small pan and splutter 1tsp Mustard seeds.Saute well and switch off the flame.
Add this seasoning into the Ghassi/ Curry in the vessel.
A tasty Green peas & Cauli flower Ghassi is ready to serve with Rice.
