Falooda is a refreshing cool and sweet desert loaded with fresh fruits and nuts served especially in summer.This sweet desert is layered in the Juice glass with soaked Sabj seeds, cooked Vermicelli, boiled and cooled Milk,fresh Fruits and Dry fruits.You can add Rose syrup, coloured Tutti fruii or top up the Falooda with a scoop of vanilla Ice cream.
The following ingredients are needed to prepare this delicious mixed fruit Falooda.
Sabja seeds. -2 tsp
Vermecelli. -1 cup
Milk. -1cup( boiled and cooled)
Sugar. -1tsp
Badam -5 chopped
Pista. -5chopped
Cashews. -5 chopped
Fruits. -Pomogranite corns, Apple, Mango, Kiwis.
Instructions:-
Soak 2 tsp Sabja seeds in1 cup Water for 10 minutes.Sabja seeds will swell while absorbing water.Keep aside.
Boil in a vessel 1/2 cup Vermicelli in 1 cup Water till cooked.Keep aside.
Boil 1cup Milk adding 1tsp Sugar. When cooled down keep the Milk in refrigerator for 1hour.( You can add 1tsp Rose syrup into the milk)
Chop fresh fruits like Apple, Mango, Kivi fruit into small chunks and also keep the Pomogranate corns in a bowl.
Chop Badam, Pista, Cashews into small pieces and keep aside.
Method:-
Take a tall juice glass and add the below items one by one in each layer.
Add Pomogranate corns in the Juice glass as the first layer.
Then add cooked Vermicelli.
Then pour little cooled Milk.
Then add soaked Sabja seeds.
Again add Pomogranate corns.
Add Mango chunks and Apple chops and Kivi fruit slices.
Pour the cool milk again.
You can add coloured Tutti fruitti on this layer.[Optional]
Lastly garnish with chopped Badam, Cashew nuts, Pista and a sliced Kivi fruit.
You can top up the Juice glass with a scoop of vanila Ice cream.[Optional]
Falooda - a sweet and cool refreshing desert loaded with fresh Fruits and Nuts is ready to serve.
Serve Falooda immediately and enjoy the sweet desert.
