Boiled Raw Banana Stir Fry.




The following ingredients are needed for preparing Boiled Raw Banana Stir fry.

Ingredients:-

Raw Banana.        - 5
Turmeric powder. - a pinch
Salt                       - to taste
Coconut oil.          -1tsp

For Seasoning:-

Coconut oil /Oil. - 1tbsp
Urad dal.             -1tsp
Chana dal .          -1tsp
Mustard seeds.    -1 tsp

Cumin seeds.       -1tsp
Green chillies.     -5
Dry Red chillies. - 4
Curry leaves.       -1spring.
Onion                  -1medium size
Hing powder.      - a pinch.

Instructions:-

Wash and chop Raw Banana into halves and boil in water with skin for 10 minutes.




When cooled remove the outer skin of the Raw Banana pieces. Add Salt and a pinch of Turmeric powder and mash the boiled Banana pieces with your hands and keep aside.





Wash and chop Green chillies into halves and keep aside.

Broke dry Red chillies into halves and keep aside.

Peel and chop Onion into thin lengthy pieces and keep aside.


Keep aside the ingredients ready for seasoning.





Method:-

Heat Coconut oil in a pan on low flame and splutter Mustard seeds.Saute well.

Add Urad dal and Chana dal and saute well.


Add Cumin seeds and saute well.

Add dry Red chillies broken into halves and fry in oil .Saute well.

Add chopped Green Chillies and saute well.

Add Onion and saute well till the Onion becomes translucent.

Add Hing powder and mix well.

Add Curry leaves and saute well.

Add the mashed Raw Banana and stir well.

Mix all the ingredients together and cook on low flame for a minute and switch off the flame.

Lastly add 1tsp Coconut oil over the Boiled Raw Banana Stir fry and mix well.

A tasty Raw Banana Stir Fry is ready to serve as a side dish with Rice.
