Ridge gourd Capsicum Stir Fry.

The following ingredients are needed to prepare Ridge gourd Capsicum Stir Fry.

Ingredients:-

Ridge gourd.    - 2
Capsicum.        - 2 [Bell pepper]
Salt.                  - to taste
Oil.                    -1tsp
Mustard seeds. -1/2tsp



Instructions:-

Wash and peel the Ridge gourd and chop into 1/2 inch lengthy pieces and keep aside.

Wash and chop the capsicum and remove the seeds. Chop into 1/2 inch pieces and keep aside.

Method:-



Heat oil in a pan and splutter Mustard seeds and saute well on low flame.

Add the chopped Capsicum [Bell Pepper] and Ridge gourd pieces and mix well.

Add required Salt and mix well. Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low flame for 5 minutes without adding water.

When done mix well and switch off the flame.

A tasty and healthy Ridge gourd Capsicum Stir fry is ready to serve as a side dish with Rice.
