A tasty and healthy stir fry made with sprouted Green gram and sprouted Fenugreek seeds goes well as a side dish with rice.
The following ingredients are needed to prepare Sprouted Green gram Methi seeds Stir Fry.
Ingredients:-
Sprouted Green gram. -1 cup
Sprouted Methi seeds. -1 cup
Green chillies. - 2
Garlic. - 3 or 4 cloves
Grated Coconut. -1/4 cup
Kudam Puli - a small piece
Mustard seeds. -1tsp
Coconut oil. -1tsp
Salt. -to taste
Instructions:-
1. Soak Green gram and Fenugreek seeds in seperate vessels overnight or for 8 hours. Drain water completely and place them in seperate wet clothes and tie the clothes and keep the clothes in a warm place to sprout. After 24 hours the sprouted Green gram and Fenugreek are ready to use.

2. Wash and half slit Green chillies lengthwise and keep aside.
3. Peel Garlic and chop into thin lengthy pieces and keep aside.
Method:-
1. Heat Coconut oil in a pan and splutter Mustard seeds and saute well.
2. Add half slit Green chillies into the pan and saute well.
3. Add chopped Garlic and saute till the raw smell goes away.
4. Add the sprouted Green gram and Fenugreek seeds and saute well. Cook on low flame for 2 minutes on low flame.
5.Add required Salt and add a small piece e of Kudampuli (Kerala Tamarind) and saute well. Sprinkle little water and cook on low flame.
6. Add Coconut gratings into the pan and mix well. Saute well till the water completely absorbs and switch off the flame.
7. Transfer the sprouted Green gram and methi seeds stir fry to a serving bowl.
