The following ingredients are needed to prepare Onion Flower Stalk Stir Fry.
Ingredients:-
Onion Flower Stalk. -1 bundle
Onion. -2
Green chillies. -2
Turmeric powder. -1/4tsp
Red chilly powder. -1/2tsp
Salt. -to taste
Grated Coconut. - 2tbsp
Coconut oil. -2tsp
Instructions:-
1). Take a bundle of Onion Flower Stalk.

2). Chop and seperate the Onion flowers at the top of the Onion Flower Stalk.Wash the Onion stalk under running water and keep aside.
3). Chop the Onion stalk into 1/2 inch lengthy pieces and keep aside.
4). Chop the Onion flowers seperately and keep aside.
5). Peel wash and finely chop Onion and keep aside on a plate.

1). Heat Coconut oil in a wide bottom kadhai and add the thinly chopped Green chilly roundels and saute well.
2). Add finely chopped Onion and saute well for 3 minutes on low flame.
3). Add required Salt, Turmeric powder and Red chilly powder into the kadhai and saute well.
4). Add the chopped Onion stalks into the kadhai and saute well.
5). Add chopped Onion flowers into the kadhai and mix well. Cover and cook on low flame for about 4 minutes.Stir in between.
6). Add grated Coconut into the kadhai and mix with all the ingredients in the kadhai. Saute well till the water completely absorbs and switch off the flame.
A tasty Onion Flower Stalk Stir Fry is ready to serve as a side dish with rice, chapati etc.
