The following ingredients are needed to prepare Dalgona Coffee /Whipped Coffee.
Ingredients:-
Instant Coffee powder.- 2tbsp
Sugar. - 2tbsp
Hot water. - 2tbsp
Cold Milk. - 3/4 glass
Ice cubes. - few
Instant Coffee powder. - a pinch for garnishing
Instructions :-
In a mixing bowl add instant coffee powder, sugar and hot water. Whip all the ingredients together with a hand mixer until it becomes creamy and frothy.
Method:-
1). Take a serving glass and add few ice cubes.
2). Add cold milk over the ice cubes in the serving glass.
3). Add whipped coffee cream on top of the milk.
4). Garnish with a pinch of instant coffee powder on the top of the coffee cream.
Dalgona Coffee is ready.
