Raw Mango is called Jeevo Ambo in Konkani.Jeevo Ambo Daddaylolo is a mouth watering Raw Mango dish crushed with Green chilly and shallot.
The following ingredients are needed to prepare this delicious crushed Raw Mango.
Ingredients:-
Raw Mango. -1 medium size
Greenchilly . -3
Shallots. -3
Hing powder. -1/2tsp
Curry leaves. -few
Salt. - to taste
Instructions:-
Wash, peel the skin of a raw Mango and cut into small pieces.Keep aside.
Wash and finely chop Green chillies and keep aside.
Peel, wash and finely chop Shallots and keep aside.

Method:-
Grind the Raw Mango pieces with Green chillies, peeld Shallots, required Salt and Curry leaves into a coarse paste.
Transfer to a serving bowl and add Hing powder and little Coconut oil over the crushed Raw Mango and mix well.
A yummy, mouth watering Jeevo Ambo Daddaylolo/ crushed Raw Mango with Green chilly and Shallots is ready to serve as a side dish with Rice.
Grind the Raw Mango pieces with Green chillies, peeld Shallots, required Salt and Curry leaves into a coarse paste.
