Ingredients:-
Coconut oil. -2tbsp
Onion. -2 medium size or Shallots. -15
Curry leaves. -1 spring
Black Pepper corn. - 6
Ginger Garlic paste. -1tbsp
Tomato. -3 medium size
Green chilly. -4
Coriander leaves. -few
Kashmiri chilly powder. -1tsp
Turmeric powder. -1/4tsp
Amchur powder. -1tsp
Salt. - to taste
Instructions:-
Peel the skin and finely chop Onion or Shallots and keep aside.
Crush Black pepper corns and keep aside.
Wash and finally chop Tomatoes and keep aside.
Wash and half slit Green Chillies lengthwise and keep aside.
Method:-
Heat Coconut oil/Oil in a pan.Add finely chopped Onion and saute well till the Onion become translucent.Add Curry leaves and fry for a second.
Add crushed Black Pepper corns, Ginger Garlic paste, finely chopped Tomatoes, few finely chopped Coriander leaves, half slit Green Chillies, Kashmiri chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Amchur powder and Salt.
Mix well till all the above items turn mushy.Cook well till done and oil leaves from the sides.
A yummy and tasty Onion Tomato Masala Curry is ready to serve with Roti, Phulka Chapathy and also with hot steamed Rice.
