Brined Mangoes |
Ingredients:-
Brined Mangoes. -5 or 6
Green chilly. -1
Onion. -1medium size[optional]
Salt. -to taste.
Coconut oil -1tsp

Instructions:-
1. Wash the Brined Mangoes and keep aside.
2. Wash and finely chop Green chillies and keep aside.
3. Peel, wash and finely chop Onion and keep aside.
Method:-
1. In a mixing bowl add finely chopped Green chillies.
2. Add Salt in the mixing bowl and mash the chopped Green chillies with Salt using your hands.
3. Add finely chopped Onion in the mixing bowl and mash with the Green chilly Salt mixture.
(You can prepare this recipe without adding Onion.In that case little Hing powder may be added.)
4. Add the Brined Mangoes in the mixing bowl and mash thoroughly with Onion Green chilly Salt mixture.
5. Add 1tsp Coconut oil over the mashed mixture and mix well.
A very tasty and mouth watering [Noncho] Ambo Daddaylolo / Brined Mango Gojju is ready to
serve as a side dish with Rice or Kanji (gruel made with Red Rice).
