CRUNCHY PICKLED SALAD

The following ingredients are needed to prepare Crunchy Pickled Salad.

Ingredients:-

Carrot.                    -1big 
English Cucumber. -2 
Onion.                     -1big
Capsicum.               -1  
Pink Cabbage.         -a small piece
Salt.                         - to taste
Lemon.                     -1 big
Apple Cider vinegar.-1tsp


Instructions:-

Peel the skin ,wash and chop Carrot into 1inch lengthy pieces and keep aside.

Peel,wash and chop Onion into lengthy pieces and keep aside.

Wash and chop English Cucumber into 1inch lengthy pieces and keep aside.

Remove the seeds and chop Capsicum into  inch lengthy pieces and keep aside.

Wash and chop Cabbage into lengthy pieces and keep aside.


Method:-

In a mixing bowl add all the chopped ingredients and add a pinch of Salt. Mix well with a spoon.

Squeeze Lemons over the chopped Vegetable pieces and mix well 

Add Apple Cider Vinegar and toss the Vegetable pieces well with the spoon and keep it for rest.

After 1 hour Crunchy Salad is ready to consume.
