Mango Sweet And Sour Chutney.

A very tasty and delicious sweet and sour Mango Chutney made with half ripe Mango.The following ingredients are needed to prepare Mango Sweet and Sour Chutney.

Ingredients:-

Half ripe Mango.    -1 
Onion .                   -1 large
Red chilly powder. -1tsp
Cumin powder.       -1tsp
Sugar.                      -1tsp
Salt.                         -1tsp
Cooking oil.            -1tsp

Instructions:-

Wash and peel the outer skin of a half ripe Mango.Chop into small pieces and keep aside.

Peel ,wash and finely chop Onion and keep aside.

Method:-

Heat oil in a pan and add the finely chopped Onion and saute well. Add little Salt and saute well till the Onion pieces become translucent.

Add Red chilly powder, Cumin powder, little Salt, Sugar and Mango pieces and mix well.

Add 1/4 cup of water and mix well.Boil and cook on low flame till the Mango pieces become soft.Stir in between.Then switch off the flame and allow the mixture to cool.

Once cooled grind the mixture to a soft Chutney without adding water.

Transfer the  sweet and sour Mango Chutney to a  serving bowl.

A very tasty Sweet and Sour Mango Chutney is ready to serve with Roti, Chapathi, Paratha etc.
