Banana Peel Potato Stir Fry.


Banana Peel Potato Stir Fry is a tasty side dish made with Potato and raw Nendran banana peels and goes well with rice and dal curry.


The following ingredients are needed to prepare Banana Peel Potato Stir Fry.

Ingredients:-

Raw Nendran Banana Peel. - 3
Potato.                                  - 4
Dry Red chillies.                    -3
Mustard seeds.                      -1 /2 tsp
Hing powder.                          -1/2 tsp
Coconut oil.                            -2tsp
Salt.                                        -to taste.




Instructions:-

Raw Nendran Banana Peels



Remove both the ends of the raw Nendran Banana peels. Wash well and chop into thin 1inch lengthy pieces and keep aside.

Peel and wash the Potatoes and chop into thin 1inch lengthy pieces and keep aside.

In a small bowl add Hing powder and 2tblsp of water. Mix well and keep aside.

Broke the dry Red chillies into halves and keep aside.

Method:-

Heat 1tsp Coconut oil in a pan on low flame and splutter Mustard seeds.

Add broken dry Red chillies and fry for a second.

Add chopped Potato pieces and chopped raw Banana peel pieces and saute well.

Sprinkle little water. Cover the pan with a lid and cook the Potato pieces and raw Banana peel pieces for 3 minutes on low flame.

Add required Salt and mix well.

Add Hing water into the pan and mix well.

Cover the pan and cook till the water evaporates. Saute in between.

Switch off the flame and add 1tsp Coconut oil over the Banana Peel Potato stir fry.



Transfer the Banana Peel Potato stir fry to a serving plate.


A tasty Banana Peel Potato Stir Fry is ready to serve as a side dish with rice and dal curry.
