A
simple and tasty stir-fry made with Rice Noodles loaded with
vegetables, sauces and spices. The following ingredients are needed to
prepare Stir-Fried Rice Noodles with Vegetables.
Ingredients:-
Rice Noodles. -1cup [flat Rice Noodles]
Onion. -1 sliced
Carrot. -1
Mushroom. - 6
Green chillies. - 3
Ginger Garlic paste. -1tbsp
Spring onion. -2
Soya sauce. -2tbsp
Sweet chilly sauce. -1tsp
Vinegar. -1/2tsp
Crushed Pepper. -1tsp
Ingredients:-
Rice Noodles. -1cup [flat Rice Noodles]

Carrot. -1
Mushroom. - 6
Green chillies. - 3
Ginger Garlic paste. -1tbsp
Spring onion. -2
Soya sauce. -2tbsp
Sweet chilly sauce. -1tsp
Vinegar. -1/2tsp
Crushed Pepper. -1tsp
Salt. - to taste
Instructions:-
Soak the Rice noodles in hot water with little Salt and oil for 10 to15 minutes until they are softened. Once done drain the noodles through a colander. Rinse the noodles under cold water. Drain and toss the noodles with little oil and keep aside.
Wash and chop Green chillies into small pieces and keep aside.
Peel wash and grate the Carrot and keep aside.
Peel wash and finely chop Onion and keep aside.
Wash well and chop the Mushroom into small pieces and keep aside.
Wash and chop Spring onion into small pieces and keep aside.
Method:-
Heat oil on high flame and add chopped Green chilly, finely chopped Onion, Ginger & Garlic paste. Saute well and cook for 2 minutes.
Add chopped Mushroom and grated Carrot, saute well and cook for one minute.
Add Soya sauce, Sweet chilly sauce and mix well for 1 minute until the veggies are nicely coated with the sauce.
Add Pepper powder and cooked Rice Noodles and toss well.
Add required Salt and Vinegar and toss again.Switch off the flame.
Add chopped Spring onion and serve hot.
