Raw Mango is called Jeevo Ambo in Konkani. Jeevo Ambya Gojju is a delicious Raw mango curry.A very tasty and mouth watering side dish goes well with rice.
The following ingredients are needed to prepare Jeevo Ambya Gojju / Raw Mango Gojju.

Raw Mango. -1 small
Green chillies. -2
Shallots. -4
Hing powder. - a pinch
Salt. - to taste
Coconut oil. -1tsp
Instructions:-
Wash, chop and remove the outer skin of a small raw Mango and chop into small pieces. Keep aside.
Wash and chop Green chillies into small pieces and keep aside.
Peel, wash and roughly chop Shallots and keep aside.
Method:-
Grind the chopped raw Mango pieces along with roughly chopped Shallots, Green chillies, Hing powder and required Salt to a smooth paste.
Transfer the ground raw mango paste /Jeevo Ambya Gojju to a serving bowl.
