Mango Yogurt Smoothie


 Mango yogurt smoothie / Mango Lessi is a very easy to make refreshing and healthy drink especially in summer to beat the heat.

The following ingredients are needed to prepare Mango Yogurt Smoothie.

Ingredients:-

Ripe Mango chopped.-1cup
Thick Yogurt chilled  -1cup
Sugar.                         -as per taste

Instructions:-

Wash and chop ripe mango into cubes and keep the chopped ripe mango cubes in a refrigerator to chill.

Method:-

1). Put the chilled ripe mango cubes, chilled thick yogurt and required sugar in a blender and blend until smooth, thick and creamy form.If the smoothie is too thick add little boiled and cooled milk and blend again.

2). Transfer the mango yogurt smoothie into serving glasses.

Mango Yogurt Smoothie / Mango Lessi is ready and serve.
