Tandoori creamy pasta is made using flat long ribbon shaped pasta adding freshly made tandoori spice mix. The following ingredients are needed to prepare Tandoori Creamy Pasta.
Ingredients:
Ribbon shaped Pasta.-1 cup
Pepper powder.- a pinch
Oil. -1tbsp
Butter. -3 tbsp
Green chilly. -2 chopped
Garlic cloves -4 chopped
Milk. -1/2 liter
Maida. -3 tbsp
Chilli flakes. -1/2 tsp
Oregano. -1tsp
Fresh Cream. -2 tbsp
Cheese grated .- as required
Coriander leaves.- few chopped
Salt. - to taste
Water. - as required to boil pasta
For Tandoori Spice Mix:
Kashmiri chilli powder.-2 tbsp
Coriander powder. -1tbsp
Garam masala powder. -1/2 tsp
Cumin powder. -1tsp
Amchur powder. -1tsp
Kasuri methi crushed -1/2 tsp
Salt. -1/2 tsp
Instructions:
1).
In a bowl add kashmiri red chilly powder, coriander powder, garam
masala, cumin powder, amchur powder, crushed kasuri methi and 1/2 tsp
salt. Mix together all the above ingredients and make a spice mix and
keep aside.
2). Boil required
water in a wide bottom pan. Add little salt and pasta into the boiling
water and stir well. Cook pasta for 10 to 12 minutes and switch off the
flame. Pour the cooked pasta in a collander and keep under running water
to cool. Drain water from cooked pasta completely. Add a pinch of pepper
powder and mix well. Add oil and mix pasta to avoid from sticking each
other.
Method:-

Add maida and stir well on low flame for 2 minutes or until maida
slightly change its colour. Add milk little by little into the pan. Mix
maida stirring continuously without lumps and cook for 2 minutes.
3).
Once the maida mixture starts to thicken add 1and 1/2 tbsp spice mix,
oregano and chilli flakes into the pan and mix well for 2 minutes.
4). Add boiled pasta, required salt, 2 tbsp cream and grated cheese into the pan and mix well until cheese melts.
5). Add finely chopped coriander leaves into the pan and mix well.
Tandoori Creamy Pasta is ready to serve hot.
