Ambya Karambi is a Kochi GSB, konkani style, mouth watering, spicy, salty and sour Raw Mango salad. The recipe is very simple ,quick and easy to prepare with limited ingredients.This lip smacking raw mango dish goes well with Rice, Dosa, Idli, Paratha or veg- Pulavu.You can store this Raw mango spicy salad in refrigerator and can use for few more days.
The following ingredients are needed to prepare Ambya Karambi
Ingredients:-
Raw and firm Mango. -1 medium size
Red chilly powder. -1 tsp
Hing powder. -1/2 tsp
Salt. -to taste
Coconut oil. - 1tsp
Instructions:-
Wash and dry a raw mango with a clean cloth.Chop the raw Mango into thin lengthy pieces with skin. Then chop into thin slices and keep aside.
Transfer the chopped Mango slices into a mixing bowl.
Apply required Salt on the chopped Mango slices and keep aside for 5 minutes.
Add Red chilly powder and Hing powder and mix well with the chopped Mango slices using a spoon.
