Cluster beans is called Mitke sange in Konkani.Mitke Sange Upkari is a Konkani style Cluster beans stir fry.
The following ingredients are needed to prepare Mitke Sange Upkari / Cluster Beans Stir fry.
Ingredients:-
Cluster beans. -1cup chopped
Red Chillies. - 4 broken into halves.
Grated Coconut. - 2tbsp
Mustard seeds. -1tsp
Coconut oil / Oil. -2tsp
Salt. -to taste
Instructions:-

Wash and trim both the ends of each Cluster beans and remove the strings from sides.Chop the Cluster beans into small pieces and keep aside.
In a vessel add the chopped Cluster beans and required water and boil till the Cluster beans have turned tender. Drain the boiled water and keep aside the Cluster beans.
Method:-
Heat oil in a pan on medium flame and splutter Mustatd seeds and saute well.
Add dry Red chillies broken into halves and fry well for a minute.
Add the boiled Cluster beans and saute well.
Add required Salt and mix well.
Add the grated Coconut.Saute well and cook on low flame till the water has been absorbed. Stir well and switch of the flame.
A tasty Mitke Sange Upkari / Cluster beans Stir fry is ready to serve hot as a side dish with Rice and Dal curry.
