The following ingredients are needed to prepare Cauliflower Capsicum Potato Masala Stir Fry.
Ingredients:-
Cauliflower. -1
Capsicum. - 1big
Potato. - 2 medium size
Onion. - 2
Chilly powder. -1tsp
Coriander powder. -1tsp
Turmeric Powder. -1/4tsp
Garam masala powder. -1/2tsp
Hing powder. -1/2tsp
Coconut oil. - 3tsp
Urad dal. - 1/2tsp
Mustard seeds. -1tsp
Ingredients:-
Cauliflower. -1
Capsicum. - 1big
Potato. - 2 medium size
Onion. - 2
Chilly powder. -1tsp
Coriander powder. -1tsp
Turmeric Powder. -1/4tsp
Garam masala powder. -1/2tsp
Hing powder. -1/2tsp
Coconut oil. - 3tsp
Urad dal. - 1/2tsp
Mustard seeds. -1tsp
Salt. -to taste
Coriander leaves. - few chopped (optional)
Instructions:-
Seperate the Cauliflower florets. Wash and clean the florets couple of times in water. Drain water and keep aside.
Wash and peel Potatoes and chop into 1 inch lengthy pieces and keep aside.
Cut the Capsicum and remove the seeds. Wash and chop the Capsicum into l inch lengthy pieces and keep aside.
Peel, wash and chop Onion into thin lengthy pieces and keep aside.
Steam cook the Cauliflower florets and chopped Potatoes for 10 minutes on low flame and keep aside.
Method:-
Heat Coconut oil in a pan and add Urad dal and saute well. Splutter Mustard seeds and saute well.
Add the thinly chopped Onion and saute well till the Onion pieces become translucent.
Add the Red chilly powder, Coriander powder, Turmeric powder, Garam Masala powder and Hing powder. Saute well on low flame.
Add the chopped Capsicum Pieces, required Salt and saute well for 2 minutes.
Add the steam cooked Cauliflower florets and Potato pieces and saute well till the water evaporates and switch off the flame.
Add few chopped Coriander leaves and saute well.(optional)
A very tasty and delicious Cauliflower, Capsicum Potato Masala Stir Fry is ready to serve.
