MANGO POPSICLE


Mango Popsicle made from pure and fleshy ripe mangoes and sugar. A sweet, refreshing and delicious home made treat in summer.

The following ingredients are needed to prepare Pure Mango Popsicle.

Ripe Mangoes - 2 fleshy
Sugar.              - 3 or 4tbsp

Instructions:-

Wash the ripe Mangoes.Peel the outer skin and chop the ripe Mangoes into small cubes and keep aside. Discard the Mango seeds.

Method:-

1). In a blender add the chopped ripe Mango cubes and add Sugar. Blend it to a smooth paste.If the Mango pulp is thick, add very little water and blend again for a minute.

2). Transfer the Mango pulp into a vessel and mix well with a laddle.

3). Take the popsicle moulds and pour the Mango pulp into each mould.

4). Insert an 
ice cream stick in the middle of the each Popsicle mould.

5). Keep the Popsicle mould in the freezer and freeze for 6 to 8 hours or overnight.

6). Remove the Popsicle moulds from freezer as and when you needed.

7). To demould the Mango Popsicle from the mould, dip the Popsicle mould in a bowl of little cool water for 2 minutes. Slowly and carefully pull the ice cream stick from the mould. The Mango Popscile will clearly comes out from the mould along with ice cream stick. Pure Mango Popsicle are ready to enjoy.
